I use the free gimp program do do these! Just select parts of the template them adjust the to right places. :)

I can't remember the link! hehe But I used goodle and type in free gimp shop program I think?! Hope that helps! :)

There are some blank templates on DA cubees I think they a JPEG, PNG. But what ever way you get used to is the best! I still do my on the basic MSpaint program! :)
